So Persona 4 Revival still hasn't gotten any news after all this time and I keep seeing lots of speculation. People saying this or that about how far P4R is away from release and also Persona 6. I continually see people thinking that Persona 6 is sure to both get announced and come out within the year which I think is crazy. There's no way Atlus will shadow drop what stands to be the biggest game release they have ever had. But I guess we will have to wait and see.
To be honest, I am not super excited for P4R because I expect it will be too similar to the original to be worth playing for someone who has already played the original or Golden. That was my main complaint about P3R. I wanted to see a "re-imagining" of Persona 3 because a simple retelling, which is what we got, simply doesn't provide enough new content to keep me interested. Sure the new version has a lot of nice features. It's prettier and the revised combat and QoL additions are cool. It's just that those changes would be even more cool, if I'd never played the original. Not because I feel the original is inherently superior but because I've done this all before. That being said, I hope the people who played P3R as their first time with Persona 3 enjoyed it immensely.
While I am curious to see what Persona 6 will hold, I'm not impatiently waiting for it. No, what I'm impatiently waiting for is the announcement of Raidou Remastered 2: The Mystery of King Abaddon. It's just my own speculation but I think it's reasonable to assume that a remake of the second Raidou game is inevitable. I say this because it's practical. King Abaddon reuses tons of areas and assets from the original game and if Atlus was going to green light a remake of the first game, it stands to reason they would plan to do both to get the most out of the updated models and textures they had to create for the first game.
Besides that, Yamai (the game's director) has expressed interest in continuing the franchise and talks about wanting to build excitement for Raidou even 5 months after the release of the remaster. What is there to "build excitement for" with a game that's already been released for months? Besides this, Sega recently talked about, in a investor Q&A that they want to pivot to focus on marketing IPs rather than individual games. So my speculation is that the Raidou remaster, and it's potential sequel, are an attempt to build a new IP from scratch. I might be wrong but I can be hopeful.
Who knows? Maybe if Raidou continues, I'll get around to drawing Tae or Kaya. Those two barely ever get lewds.
Anyway, please enjoy the Yukiko boobs. I tried very hard to make them as shapely as I could. I know the body proportions are a bit different from what I have been doing recently. The reason for that is, after the previous Yukari picture, I suddenly had a desire to go back to using DesignDoll to pose the figures for my pictures again. I have one other picture in the works of my loli OC Otsuna. I'm sure there's at least 1 person who will be happy to see her return. Till next time!
